Az \u00c1llamad\u00f3ss\u00e1g-kezel\u0151 K\u00f6zpont (\u00c1KK) adatai szerint a program 2013-as kezdete \u00f3ta tavaly \u00e9v v\u00e9g\u00e9ig 4702 magyar leteleped\u00e9si \u00e1llamk\u00f6tv\u00e9nyt jegyeztek le azok a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sok, amelyek enged\u00e9lyt kaptak a pap\u00edrok megv\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s\u00e1ra. A Bev\u00e1ndorl\u00e1si \u00e9s Menek\u00fclt\u00fcgyi Hivatal (BMH) azonban ezekt\u0151l elt\u00e9r\u0151 sz\u00e1mokat k\u00f6z\u00f6lt Demeter M\u00e1rta kor\u00e1bban szocialista, jelenleg f\u00fcggetlen orsz\u00e1ggy\u0171l\u00e9si k\u00e9pvisel\u0151 \u00edr\u00e1sbeli k\u00e9rd\u00e9s\u00e9re. A k\u00e9pvisel\u0151 ugyanis olyan adatokat kapott a hivatalt\u00f3l ugyanerre az id\u0151szakra vonatkoz\u00f3an, amelyek szerint 6373 szem\u00e9ly kapott \u00e1llamk\u00f6tv\u00e9nyjegyz\u00e9s c\u00edm\u00e9n \u2013 teh\u00e1t nem csal\u00e1degyes\u00edt\u00e9sre hivatkozva \u2013 leteleped\u00e9si enged\u00e9lyt Magyarorsz\u00e1gon. Az elt\u00e9r\u00e9s az\u00e9rt vet fel s\u00falyos k\u00e9rd\u00e9seket, mert am\u00edg az \u00c1KK a val\u00f3s \u00e1llampap\u00edrjegyz\u00e9seket tartja sz\u00e1mon, a BMH csup\u00e1n a t\u00f6bbs\u00e9g\u00e9ben offshore helysz\u00ednen bejegyzett v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sok \u00e1ltal ny\u00fajtott t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1sra hagyatkozik.<\/p>\n<p>A gyakorlatban ez \u00fagy n\u00e9z ki, hogy annak a k\u00fclf\u00f6ldinek, aki leteleped\u00e9si enged\u00e9lyt akar haz\u00e1nkban szerezni, 300 ezer eur\u00f3t plusz 45\u201360 ezer eur\u00f3s szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1si d\u00edjat kell el\u0151re kifizetnie a c\u00e9geknek. Ezut\u00e1n a k\u00f6zvet\u00edt\u0151v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1s a k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi adataival, erk\u00f6lcsi bizony\u00edtv\u00e1ny\u00e1val \u00e9s a 300 ezer eur\u00f3 befizet\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 igazol\u00e1ssal felkeresi a bev\u00e1ndorl\u00e1si hivatalt, az pedig egy h\u00f3napon bel\u00fcl ki\u00e1ll\u00edtja az enged\u00e9lyt. A jogszab\u00e1lyok szerint ezek ut\u00e1n 45 napjuk van a k\u00f6zvet\u00edt\u0151c\u00e9geknek arra, hogy lejegyezz\u00e9k az \u00e1llampap\u00edrt az ad\u00f3ss\u00e1gkezel\u0151n\u00e9l. A hivatal \u00e1ltal k\u00f6z\u00f6lt adatokb\u00f3l azonban az l\u00e1tszik, hogy 1671 esetben ez nem t\u00f6rt\u00e9nt meg. Ez alapj\u00e1n \u00fagy t\u0171nik, hogy a magyar \u00e1llam 140 milli\u00e1rd forintnyi forr\u00e1st\u00f3l esett el. \u00d6sszesen nyolc v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1s kapott leteleped\u00e9sik\u00f6tv\u00e9ny-v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1sra enged\u00e9lyt az Orsz\u00e1ggy\u0171l\u00e9s fideszes t\u00f6bbs\u00e9g\u0171 gazdas\u00e1gi bizotts\u00e1g\u00e1t\u00f3l; jelenleg \u00f6t akt\u00edv c\u00e9g van.<\/p>\n<p>A programot lehet\u0151v\u00e9 tev\u0151 t\u00f6rv\u00e9nym\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1st Rog\u00e1n Antal fideszes politikus ny\u00fajtotta be a parlamentnek, \u00e9s miniszteri kinevez\u00e9s\u00e9ig \u0151 vezette a gazdas\u00e1gi bizotts\u00e1got is.
