Tehette, miut\u00e1n az ingatlantulajdonos ETO Park Kft. felsz\u00e1mol\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gi hat\u00e1rozat m\u00e1r majdnem egy h\u00e9ttel kor\u00e1bban, j\u00falius 10-\u00e9n joger\u0151re emelkedett.<\/p>\n<p>Nem csak a szerz\u0151d\u00e9s ker\u00fclt az \u00c1tl\u00e1tsz\u00f3 birtok\u00e1ba, de az ETO Park egyik f\u0151 hitelez\u0151je, a szint\u00e9n \u00e1llami Magyar Fejleszt\u00e9si Bank Zrt. \u00e1ltal k\u00e9sz\u00edttetett szakv\u00e9lem\u00e9ny is, amely a hotel \u00fczemeltet\u00e9s\u00e9b\u0151l ered\u0151 \u00e9ves bev\u00e9teleket 418-787 milli\u00f3 forintra teszi 2013-2022 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n<p>A bev\u00e9teleket mi kicsit m\u00e1sk\u00e9ppen sz\u00e1moltuk. A sz\u00e1lloda <a href=\"http:\/\/hoteletopark.hu\/\">honlapj\u00e1n<\/a> k\u00f6zz\u00e9tett legalacsonyabb napi szoba\u00e1rat, aktu\u00e1lisan 33 ezer 900 forintot felszoroztuk a szob\u00e1k sz\u00e1m\u00e1val (103) \u00e9s 365-tel. Az eredm\u00e9nynek (1,2 milli\u00e1rd) pedig kisz\u00e1moltuk a 40 \u00e9s a 70 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9k\u00e1t is, mivel turisztikai szakemberek szerint e k\u00e9t ar\u00e1ny k\u00f6z\u00f6tt lehet valahol az \u00e1tlagos szobafoglalts\u00e1g a j\u00f3 elhelyezked\u00e9s\u0171 n\u00e9gycsillagos hotelben. Az eredm\u00e9ny 892, illetve 480 milli\u00f3 forint.<\/p>\n<p>A k\u00f6lts\u00e9geket a szakv\u00e9lem\u00e9ny 297-632 milli\u00f3ra taks\u00e1lja a 2013-2022-es id\u0151szakban.
