A politikus a N\u00e9pszava \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9re elmondta, hogy&nbsp;az \u00e1llam a k\u00e1rtalan\u00edt\u00e1si alapb\u00f3l a kisbefektet\u0151k k\u00e1r\u00e1nak 17, illetve 25 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9k\u00e1t fizette ki, majd elvett\u00e9k t\u0151l\u00fck annak jog\u00e1t, hogy saj\u00e1t k\u00f6vetel\u00e9s\u00fck ut\u00e1n menjenek.<\/div>\n<div class=\"p\">Olyan jogszab\u00e1ly sz\u00fcletett az \u00fcgyben, amelynek r\u00e9v\u00e9n a k\u00e1rosultak az \u00e1llami k\u00e1rtalan\u00edt\u00e1son t\u00fal nem \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edthetik k\u00f6vetel\u00e9s\u00fcket a felsz\u00e1mol\u00e1si elj\u00e1r\u00e1sban, vagy ha a felsz\u00e1mol\u00f3 csal\u00e1rdul j\u00e1rt el, akkor a felsz\u00e1mol\u00f3 ellen sem. Err\u0151l k\u00fcldenek a helyzetet ismertet\u0151 levelet az Eur\u00f3pai Parlament valamennyi k\u00e9pvisel\u0151j\u00e9nek, valamint a Budapesten akkredit\u00e1lt uni\u00f3s \u00e9s NATO-tag orsz\u00e1gok k\u00fclk\u00e9pviseleteinek. K\u00e9rik, hogy adj\u00e1k vissza a k\u00e1rosultakt\u00f3l elvett jogokat &#8211; mondta Szak\u00e1cs L\u00e1szl\u00f3.&nbsp; A sajt\u00f3t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00f3n ugyancsak r\u00e9szt vev\u0151 K\u00e1lm\u00e1n-Pik\u00f3 Istv\u00e1n, a Quaestor-k\u00e1rosultak k\u00e9pvisel\u0151je lapunknak elmondta, hogy a levelet az\u00e9rt \u00edrt\u00e1k meg, mert az \u00fagynevezett Sargentini-jelent\u00e9sben \u201eegy f\u00e9lmondat erej\u00e9ig\u201d szerepel a Quaestor-\u00fcgy is, \u00e9s az a sz\u00e1nd\u00e9kuk, hogy a k\u00e9pvisel\u0151k ennek a h\u00e1rom esztendeje h\u00faz\u00f3d\u00f3 \u00fcgynek a r\u00e9szleteit is megismerj\u00e9k. A k\u00e1rosultak k\u00e9pvisel\u0151je azt \u00e1ll\u00edtotta, hogy az elt\u0171nt Quaestor-vagyon m\u00e1r r\u00e9gen korm\u00e1nyk\u00f6zeli v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3kn\u00e1l van, de ennek bizony\u00edt\u00e9k\u00e1r\u00f3l nem besz\u00e9lt. Az m\u00e1r eddig is ismert volt, hogy egyes miniszt\u00e9riumokat, \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatokat \u00e9s a VIP-list\u00e1n szerepl\u0151ket olyan id\u0151pontban is kifizett\u00e9k, amikor a kisbefektet\u0151k el\u0151tt m\u00e1r z\u00e1rva voltak a br\u00f3kerc\u00e9g p\u00e9nzt\u00e1rai. A k\u00e1rosultak k\u00e9pvisel\u0151je szerinte ez is a jog\u00e1llamis\u00e1g magyarorsz\u00e1gi helyzet\u00e9t illusztr\u00e1lja.&nbsp; Szak\u00e1cs L\u00e1szl\u00f3t\u00f3l \u00e9rdekl\u0151dt\u00fcnk a ferencv\u00e1rosi Duna-parton, a Csepel-szigettel szemben fekv\u0151, egykori Quaestor-tulajdon\u00fa Duna City Projekt sorsa ir\u00e1nt. A 33 hekt\u00e1ros ter\u00fcletet a felsz\u00e1mol\u00e1s al\u00f3l kivont\u00e1k \u00e9s a val\u00f3s \u00e9rt\u00e9k 10 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9k\u00e1\u00e9rt \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edtett\u00e9k a magyar \u00e1llamnak, pedig ennek re\u00e1lis \u00e9rt\u00e9ke fedezetet ny\u00fajthatott volna a k\u00e1rosultak k\u00f6vetel\u00e9s\u00e9nek kiel\u00e9g\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re. A k\u00e1rosultak azt is s\u00e9relmezt\u00e9k, hogy a Quaestor-csoport vezet\u0151i k\u00f6z\u00fcl senki nincs el\u0151zetes letart\u00f3ztat\u00e1sban, h\u00e1zi \u0151rizetben vannak, illetve szabad l\u00e1bon v\u00e9dekeznek.&nbsp; (E sorok \u00edr\u00f3ja is tal\u00e1lkozott a nagyk\u00f6r\u00fati villamoson az els\u0151rend\u0171 v\u00e1dlott Tarsoly Csab\u00e1val, illetve a m\u00e1sodrend\u0171 v\u00e1dlott feles\u00e9g\u00e9vel.)
