le\u00e1nyv\u00e1llalat\u00e1n\u00e1l ugyanis bels\u0151 vizsg\u00e1lat indult azzal kapcsolatban, hogy&nbsp;<strong>viszontelad\u00f3 c\u00e9geik a 2014-es v\u00e1laszt\u00e1sok ut\u00e1n az uni\u00f3s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sb\u00f3l bonyol\u00edtott \u00e1llami informatikai fejleszt\u00e9sekn\u00e9l irracion\u00e1lis \u00e1rakon adott el \u00fczleti Microsoft-szoftverlicenceket korm\u00e1nyzati megrendel\u0151k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Egy\u00e1ltal\u00e1n nem meglep\u0151 &#8220;v\u00e9letlen&#8221;, hogy az informatikai fejleszt\u00e9sek kulcsszerepl\u0151i Tiborcz Istv\u00e1n \u00e9s testv\u00e9re, Tiborcz P\u00e9ter lettek, akiknek r\u00e1hat\u00e1suk lehetett arra, melyik c\u00e9g fel\u00e9 lejtsen a p\u00e1lya egy-egy tenderen.<\/p>\n<p>A sokszor teljesen f\u00f6l\u00f6slegesen is v\u00e1s\u00e1rolt\u00e1k a licenszeket, mivel azokat semmire sem haszn\u00e1lt\u00e1k f\u00f6l.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Microsoft amerikai k\u00f6zpontja 2015-ben kezdte vizsg\u00e1lni a massz\u00edvan korrupci\u00f3gyan\u00fas gyakorlatot, aminek k\u00f6vetkezt\u00e9ben Sagyib\u00f3 Viktort, a Microsoft korm\u00e1nyzati \u00fczlet\u00e1g\u00e1nak volt k\u00f6r\u00fcl zajlik a proced\u00fara: az ad\u00f3hat\u00f3s\u00e1g \u00e9s a rend\u0151rs\u00e9g mellett p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a honv\u00e9delmi t\u00e1rc\u00e1hoz tartoz\u00f3 HMEI Zrt., illetve az
